Don’t model yourself after someone else. Instead, insist on being yourself.

That leader you aspire to be? They already live within you.
You don’t need to copy someone else’s path or persona. Your own vision, values, and purpose are the foundation of your leadership. The work isn’t in becoming someone new—it’s in bringing your inner clarity to the surface and aligning it with how you lead.
Start by putting that insight on paper.
Ask yourself:
What is my vision of success? Not just for myself—but for my team, and for the company as a whole?
What values do I hold most deeply? And how can I lead in a way that reflects them every day?
What is my deeper purpose for leading others? How can I align that purpose with my vision and values to create meaningful impact?
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to begin, don’t worry—you’re not alone. Sometimes we need a little structure to spark clarity.
